Spa Services Policy

Reservations

PRIMORA Spa accepts walk-ins; however, we recognize your time is precious, so we’ve made it easy to reserve your treatments with us in advance. Weekends and holidays tend to book up quickly, so we suggest you schedule these appointments 2-3 weeks in advance.

Group Services or Parties

PRIMORA Spa is honored to host parties of all sizes, ensuring that everyone receives an unforgettable experience. PRIMORA Spa requires a 72-hour notice of cancellation on all social and business parties. Failure to provide a proper notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 100% service fee. Please contact any of our guest representatives for details and availability (978) 243-0393.

Cancellations

To avoid a cancellation fee of the full-service price, cancellations and changes to your reservation should be made at least 24 hours before your spa visit. Multiple services or packages require 48 hours’ notice.

Arrival/Start Time

To maximize your total experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to check in, enjoy a glass of lemon water or hot tea, and complete any necessary intake forms. While we will do our best to accommodate schedule changes, guests who arrive late may receive a shortened service or be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Please keep in mind that all reservation start times listed for services reflect hands-on time with your massage therapist, esthetician, or technician. All treatments have an additional recovery time of 10-15 minutes to allow comfortable transitioning between services. You are welcome to inquire with our front desk about your customized spa itinerary, should you have any questions.

Attire

Feel free to arrive in whatever clothing you feel most comfortable in. It is customary to disrobe entirely for facials, body treatments, and massages, although this is completely your comfort choice. Our therapists are trained to discreetly drape a sheet over your body, only exposing the appropriate area being treated. At PRIMORA Spa, our massage therapists are highly trained to make sure your comfort is our ultimate goal.

For Your Comfort

To ensure you receive the most from your experience, we encourage you to communicate with your therapist or technician regarding room temperature, treatment pressure, and technique. Should you prefer a specific therapist on our staff, please let us know so we can make proper arrangements.

For Your Safety

Please notify the receptionist if you: have any dermatological conditions, muscle or joint injuries, high blood pressure, had recent plastic or laser surgery, are pregnant, using any medications that may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment or any other health considerations that would affect your choice of services, please notify our guest service representatives at the time of booking your appointment, to allow us to personalize your spa experience. As an added precaution, it’s best to also share this information again with our staff upon your arrival. All information will remain confidential.

Quiet Please

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all, we ask that you turn off all cell phones and pagers to help us maintain a peaceful and mindful environment for all in the Spa.

Gratuities

Gratuities for services rendered may be added at your discretion. 15% to 20% gratuity is customary for exceptional service.

Post-Care

Post-Care after your treatment is just as important as the treatment itself. To reap the full benefit of your service(s):

  • Drink plenty of water to purify your body. Healthful teas and lemon water are complimentary in the lounge.
  • Exposure to the sun is not recommended following facial treatments, especially Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Oxygen Facials, and Non-Surgical Face Lift procedures.
  • Additional recommendations for aftercare will be provided post-treatment to clients where applicable.

Other Considerations

  • PRIMORA Spa is a smoke-free property.
  • Consumption of alcohol is not recommended before or after a treatment.
  • We recommend eating a minimum of one hour before your treatment to ensure the most comfortable service possible.
  • Shaving is not recommended before any body exfoliation or hair removal service.
  • We recommend that you leave valuables before entering the Spa.

Consent Forms

The safety of our guests is essential. Therefore, a “consent form,” which includes Personal Conditions, must be completed before each and every treatment to ensure the safety of our guests.

Discontinued Services

PRIMORA Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue certain treatments to ensure the maximum standards of service and quality. However, our technicians will notify you before any modification or discontinuation of a treatment. If you have any questions, you reserve the right to ask the technician or the manager.
