  • Memberships are sold as a 6 (six) month term.
  • Membership fees are billed monthly, and payments must remain current to access services, perks, and rollover benefits.
  • Members may upgrade, downgrade, or discontinue their membership once every 6 months to a higher-priced facial service.
  • SpaCash and membership services, perks, and discounts are non‑transferable and non-refundable. All membership benefits apply only to the enrolled member.
  • Cancellation terms are reviewed at enrollment, so you always know what to expect.
  • We encourage booking your treatments in advance to secure your preferred time.
  • Late cancellations or no‑shows will impact your SpaCash balance.
  • Your membership includes exclusive savings on skincare products and select services. These discounts apply only to the active member and cannot be shared.
  • Consistent monthly visits help maximize your results and maintain your skin’s long‑term health.
  • Membership services and perks are for the enrolled member only and cannot be gifted, transferred, or shared.
  • Members may freeze their memberships for a short period of time due to circumstantial reasons such as military leave, pregnancy, extended illness, relocation, etc. When a membership is frozen, the member is not authorized to use his/her membership services or benefits during the freeze period.
  • All changes, freezes, or cancellations must be processed through our guest services team.
