Payment Methods

As payment for spa services or retail, Primora Spa currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express(R), Discover Card, Gift Cards, traveler’s checks, and cash. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accept personal checks at this time. 

Severability/No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce the strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of Our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, all transactions hereunder are subject to the laws of the State of Massachusetts.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for retail items in the State of Massachusetts. Application of sales tax may be subject to change.

Changes

Prices and services are subject to change.

Protecting your online order information on primoraspa.com is very important to us. Our site is registered and certified to ensure the security of your credit card information. In our shopping checkout process, we use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures the safety and security of your online order.

Gift Card Sales

Gift Cards make the perfect present for any occasion, and are redeemable for PRIMORA Spa services and retail products. At this time, PRIMORA Spa gift Cards are exclusively available at our Spa and through primoraspa.com. Be aware that gift cards purchased via other retailers and online websites are not redeemable through PRIMORA Spas and will not be applied to your account.

By accepting and purchasing your Gift Voucher, you are agreeing to the PRIMORA Spa Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records. PRIMORA Spa Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable. Your Gift cards are non-transferable, and their resale is prohibited. Gift Cards are offered to individuals over the age of 18 who lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law.  By using the Gift Card, you represent and warrant to PRIMORA Spa that you are such an individual. We, in our sole discretion, may refuse to issue a Gift Card for any reason. The amount of funds shown on the Primora Spa records shall be deemed the balance on the Gift Card, unless you can prove to our satisfaction in our sole discretion that there should be a different balance.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards – Report a lost or stolen Gift Card to PRIMORA Spa, and we may freeze the existing balance, and a replacement Gift Card can be issued. Any used balance before notification will not be replaced. Must have proof of purchase.

Retail/Product Sales

Pick Up

To pick up a product order purchased, you MUST present a printed copy of the Email Confirmation and a valid Photo ID. Without both, PRIMORA Spa will not release any orders. You may redeem your order anytime between normal business hours.

Product Returns

Cash refunds or credit refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis. PRIMORA Spa will accept returns on most unopened merchandise purchased at our Spa within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. PRIMORA Spa cannot accept returns on open/used cosmetics, fragrances, worn garments/footwear, sale items, and/or individual items from a purchased set. Services received cannot be refunded.

Canceling & Modifying Orders

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact customer service via contact us or call a spa consultant.
