Things you need to know

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment

Pre-Care Instructions

To ensure yourself to be in the best possible condition for treatment, please follow these guidelines

Do not curl your natural lashes for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Stop using any lash growth serums for 24 to 48 hours before your appointment.
Avoid consuming caffeine before your appointment, as it can cause your eyes to be jittery or twitchy during the precision service.
Patients with an active eye infection must wait until it has completely cleared before treatment.
Remove contact lenses before the service and bring your glasses to wear afterward.

Aftercare Instructions

To ensure optimal healing and comfort, please follow these post-treatment instructions:

Do not get your lashes wet or expose them to steam or sweat for the critical first 24 hours.
Avoid sleeping directly on your face or applying pressure that could smoosh the curl for 24 hours.
Daily, gently brush your lashes with a clean mascara wand to maintain their shape.
