You can schedule your treatment online or over the phone. Your safety is our priority. To maintain strict adherence to all capacity, sanitation, and social distancing guidelines, we may need to make scheduling changes. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding if an adjustment to your appointment time is required.
If you feel sick, have a fever, cough, extreme fatigue, unexplained red eyes, a patchy red rash on your body, small red sores on your toes, or have a sudden loss of sense of smell and/or taste, please consult your Primary Care Physician before coming to your appointment. We will gladly reschedule your visit if your PCP thinks that you may possibly have COVID-19.
Wearing a face mask is optional during your time at the spa. If you choose to wear one, please ensure it is an ear loop style mask, as other styles may interfere with treatments. Please note that your mask may need to be temporarily removed during certain services, such as a facial. We are happy to accommodate you: simply ask our staff to wear a mask during your treatment if that would make you feel more comfortable.
We offer touchless and electronic payments. To secure your appointment, a credit card is required to be held on file at the time of booking. This card will be used to confirm your reservation and will be charged for the full service amount before the treatment begins. Should your service need to be adjusted during your visit, we will confirm the change with your technician and update the charge accordingly.
We understand that unexpected illness happens. Our standard cancellation policy still applies to all services. However, if you feel sick or have any COVID-19 symptoms, we insist that you stay home.
